Please note that personalized products take time to create. We will provide an estimated shipping date during the order process, and you will receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

As all of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

1. The item arrives damaged.

2. The item differs significantly from what you ordered.
    

If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Provide a clear description of the problem and include photos of the product for assessment. If your claim is approved, we will replace the item or provide an appropriate solution.
